3. Local Pickup

4. Heavy & Oversized Equipment

For large-scale gym equipment:

  • Curbside Delivery: Standard delivery for heavy items is "curbside" only. The carrier will deliver the item to the end of your driveway or the front of your building.

  • White Glove Service: Optional assembly and indoor placement services are available for an additional fee. Please contact our support team to arrange this.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We are unable to ship large equipment or high-value items to PO Boxes. A physical residential or business address is required.
