At BellaVita Privé, we provide professional-grade equipment designed for peak performance. We understand that precision is key; therefore, we offer a 30-day evaluation period from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

To maintain the integrity and safety of our technical inventory, returned items must be:

  • Pristine & Unused: Items must be in the exact condition received—unworn, unused, and with all factory seals and "BellaVita Privé" security tags intact.

  • Original Presentation: Equipment must be returned in its original, undamaged brand packaging, including all technical manuals, certificates of authenticity, and accessories.

  • Proof of Acquisition: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

The Return Process

To initiate an elite return, please contact our concierge at bellavitaprive@gmail.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Upon approval, we will provide a secure return shipping label and specialized handling instructions.

Damages & Technical Issues

Please inspect your equipment immediately upon arrival. Should you detect a structural defect or shipping damage, contact us within 48 hours. We will prioritize a technical evaluation to rectify the issue through repair, replacement, or credit.

Exclusions (Non-Returnable Items)

Due to hygiene, safety, and customization standards, the following are Final Sale:

  • Custom-Fitted Gear: Tailored jerseys, personalized rackets, or bespoke bike configurations.

  • Safety & Personal Care: Helmets, protective padding, and skincare/beauty products.

  • Perishables: Nutrition, supplements, or specialized sports drinks.

  • Promotional Items: All "Sale" category items and Gift Cards.

Refunds

Once our technicians inspect the returned asset, you will be notified of the status. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Curbside Standard: Unless "White-Glove" is selected, heavy items are delivered to the curbside or building entrance only.

5. Transit Claims

While BellaVita Privé is not liable for carrier errors, we will act as your advocate in filing claims for lost or damaged parcels. Please photograph damaged packaging immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
